We would recommend calling him for any future services needed. That's why I got a service contract with them because they are very reliable. I pay, I think, like, $8.75 a month and if I have something break, like on a Sunday morning it is, like, very reliable so I don't had have to think about it.

Fair pricing willing to go above and beyond to complete work fairly and professionally. Conduct my work to safety standards and codes. I will use them again because of their responsiveness. Some plumbers keep you hanging for years, but these guys actually show up. The problem with them is they charge you through the nose, but if you really need somebody, like, the next day, you can count on them. That's pretty much how they operate and we use them for that reason.
From Farmington Valley to the Shore, Windsor Locks to New Haven County, when you need us, say "Hello, Aiello" and we'll be there. My water heater broke and Nick V from Aiello Home Services was there in only an hour or so. He replaced the water heater quickly and professionally.

Services that are included with the charge are having 24 hour a day service every day. This covers any type of plumbing, like, pipes leaking and my furnaces if there is a problem with the heat, that kind of thing. They are reliable and have been in business a long time. Every plumber that has ever come here has been extremely knowledgeable.
He earned a five star rating from the Thompson family in Glastonbury, CT! His team of electricians, Matt and Ben, were great, as well. They once charged me almost $500 for an oil pump replacement. I went to a plumbing supply place and bought the exact same pump later for $85.

No, Aiello Home Services does not offer eco-friendly accreditations. The problem they came out to fix happened again the year after. The price is good but the quality of service is not so good. Gave me an estimate some plumbing works and I will supply the materials. The man who came out was nice but the price was too expensive, I didn't end up using them I will not use them. Proudly serving over 100 cities and towns across seven Connecticut counties.
When we had no heat, they determined there was excessive suction because I did not buy oil from them and there was sludge. I got a second opinion from another company and got a different assessment saying the lines needed to be blown out instead and the pump replaced. They only charged $151.55 for all of that. When I called for a service appointment I was told there normal service was $372 to clean the furnace but it was on sale for $185 since it's summer.

Aiello has been great when called for home service needs. Shawn F. Who just fixed our furnace was on time, clearly explained the issue and our options, and gave good advice about how to proceed. We’ve had no negative experiences with any of their techs. Mike & Jason showed up as scheduled to perform our energy audit. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to this audit.
Had re-installation of 2-way lighting switch that was not configured as diagrammed by store-bought replacement switch instructions. Aiello’s representative, Tim, gave us a thorough review of what we needed for a furnace and air conditioner replacements. He was honest and very helpful, explaining all aspect and choices for our needs. Connecticut has its share of service companies that won't call you back, don't keep their promises and can't be bothered to license their employees.
Subsequent 2nd and 3rd opinions by credible service companies found no problem with heat exchanger or furnace. This including the gas company which does not sell or install but tested for CO and found ZERO problem. False diagnosis by the company subject of this review. I had some serious electricity issues on Saturday night, I called Aiello and they got right back to me.
I do think Aiello's prices are too high. If the prices were more in line with independent plumbing services, I would give 5 stars. Rocco #1 did a great Job with the install of my new indirect stand alone hot water heater.
They said they would come right out if I needed them to, if not they would be out Monday morning. Bob from Aiello was at my house at 7am, it was -2 degrees and he went outside for over an hour at least and fixed the problem. Everyone I talked to at Aiello was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. We had an urgent plumbing matter and Aiello was very helpful, courteous and kept us informed on when a service technician would arrive to our home.
Zach did a wonderful job--a very thorough explanation and detailed work. This is the kind of service I have expected but by others was not satisfied.
