Subsequent 2nd and 3rd opinions by credible service companies found no problem with heat exchanger or furnace. This including the gas company which does not sell or install but tested for CO and found ZERO problem. False diagnosis by the company subject of this review. I had some serious electricity issues on Saturday night, I called Aiello and they got right back to me.
We’ve recently needed to have some oil burner and plumbing work done at our home. Once we made our decisions involving the options they offered they proceeded to very efficiently resolve the problems. In addition to the technicians, the staff that answers the phone and schedules and dispatches the technicians are very helpful and friendly. We had 2 service people here yesterday, Rob H.

Bob Nadile was great to work with, right on time, fixed the issue and very happy with Aiello. Great sales/service people, But what is advertised is false. I had a quote from last summer to replace my HVAC. I waited and seen the advertisement for a 2 fur special. I figured this would be a great savings. Wrong, my new quote was higher or equal to the original quote.
I was in an emergency situation with an appraiser coming to my home in 2 days and I feel VERY taken advantage of. They had to come to my home twice because the job was not done correctly the first time and I had no heat afterward. They initially tried to charge me for the whole drain and purge a second time. Found out later local plumber would have done the same work for $800 and I paid $1400.

Zack explained what he did and gave me options. Plumber Peter Battipaglia is a very professional specialist and just a good person. Aiello's prices are probably the highest in New England, but they are acceptable if the service was provided by Peter and the quality is guaranteed by the company.
After many reminders, one Aiello Home Service manager showed up with his crew. They acknowledged and confirmed the damages caused by Aiello crew during the audit. Aiello Manager promised he would send another crew to fix the damages and follow up to complete the energy audit. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response to address my damages. Aiello technicians are very competent, polite, clean, and efficient.
Sometimes you've just got to have them. The tech that came to my home was very professional He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely call Aiello. It is pretty much covered in the previous 7 questions. He explained what could be wrong and our options and proceeded to do the job after that explained what he had done.
We would recommend calling him for any future services needed. That's why I got a service contract with them because they are very reliable. I pay, I think, like, $8.75 a month and if I have something break, like on a Sunday morning it is, like, very reliable so I don't had have to think about it.
They were prompt, easy to work with and fair in price. Our house have never felt so warm when needed or cool when needed. I would recommend them and will be using them again.
I was trying to quote a project to have a whole house humidifier installed. Job took longer than anticipated but objective, to replace switch and have kitchen light fixture work again, was attained. Kaitlin and Bob were very informative and pleasant from start to finish, we thank them both for their outstanding help and service.

Aiello has been great when called for home service needs. Shawn F. Who just fixed our furnace was on time, clearly explained the issue and our options, and gave good advice about how to proceed. We’ve had no negative experiences with any of their techs. Mike & Jason showed up as scheduled to perform our energy audit. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about everything related to this audit.
They are polite and do a nice clean job. Unfortunately, the name of this very professional specialist and just a good person is not on your list. He did an excellent job of repairing my failed self-installation of garbage disposal. The prices for the services your company provides are probably the highest in New England, but we accept them when done by professionals like Peter . Technician reported heat exchanger cracked. Firm provided estimates for replacement of furnace, etc.
This is the second time we have used Aiello and are very satisfied. Stephen S, Vincent M, and Robert H came to check out our systems and clean boiler. Aii are neat, clean, knowledgeable and polite.
